Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 29, 2025
Company: Simplicity Services LLC (“Simplicity Services”)
Our Commitment
Simplicity Services is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and follow best practices for usability and inclusive design.
Measures We Take

  • Use of semantic HTML and proper heading structure

  • Text alternatives (alt text) for informative images and non-text content

  • Sufficient color contrast and scalable text

  • Visible focus states and keyboard navigability

  • Descriptive link text and labels for form controls

  • Captioning/transcripts for time-based media where applicable

  • Avoidance of content that flashes more than three times per second

Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct periodic audits, remediate identified issues, and train our team on inclusive content practices. New features and pages are reviewed for accessibility before release.
Compatibility & Supported Browsers
Our site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and on current Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Some older browsers or assistive technologies may not provide the full experience. We do not rely on accessibility overlays or widgets for compliance.
Known Limitations
We strive for full compliance. If you encounter an issue, it may be related to:

  • Third-party integrations (maps, embedded video, payment processors)

  • Legacy PDFs or documents that may not yet be fully tagged

We are actively working to resolve these when feasible or provide accessible alternatives.
Third-Party Content
Our website may link to or embed content from third parties. While we encourage accessible design, we cannot control third-party conformance. If a third-party element creates a barrier, please let us know so we can offer an alternative.

Your feedback helps us improve. If you experience difficulty using any part of our website, contact us

When contacting us, please include:

  • The page URL or feature you were using

  • The problem you encountered

  • Your browser, device, and assistive technology (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days and provide a solution within a reasonable time.
Requesting Reasonable Accommodation
If you need information in an alternative format or assistance completing a form or application, we will provide reasonable accommodations at no charge.

  • Relay Services: Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled may use 711 to access Telecommunications Relay Services to contact us by phone.

Policy Updates
We review this statement regularly and update it as standards evolve and our website changes.
